Track workout:
4 mile warm-up
6 x 1 mile repeats (60 second recovery) (7:13, 7:12, 7:12, 7:10, 7:10, 7:00)
1 mile cool down
I stuck to the 60 second recovery until the last 1600m. Then I looked like this…trying to psych myself into doing one more.

Wednesday: April Fool’s Day. I should just stay off social media, because I’m the goober that believes everything.
When my friend Steve asked me to get together for a St. Jude Hero’s run WEARING A CAPE on April 1st, I thought it must be a joke. It ended up being an April Fool’s, but not in the way I expected!

We all had breakfast together and I set back out for my training run. I am typically an early morning runner. Boston doesn’t start until late morning, so I wanted to eat and then run to practice for race day. It was TOUGH!
